Damn, I'm envious. I saw the Qatar-Thailand game at the stadium, but couldn't get tickets for the semi-final or final. Ought to be a pretty good game...
We went to see the Qatar-Iraq Gulf Cup game, two years ago today, oddly enough. That was the first time Iraq had been allowed to play in regional events since it invaded Kuwait. (The politics of the reversal of this ban intrigue me.)
IIRC Iraq had a stronger team, but the game ended in a tie.
